Together we create a safe nourishing space to open up and heal our bodies achieving realization of our true self, our divine nature.

• Reiki Share Saturday, August 14, 2010
• Yoga on the lake in the cool pines of Payson. Day will include yoga, kayaking, hiking, meditation and art.  Saturday, August 28, 2010.
