Reiki Share:

Join Lisa Hecke as she guides you through the Reiki Share. A wonderful opportunity to give and receive this powerful and healing energy. This is an open invitation to Reiki practitioners of all levels as well as non practitioners.
A Reiki share consist of many healing hands on one person at a time. One person lays on the table while the participating practitioners gather around that person, laying upon him/her facilitating a massive flow of Reiki energies. Group energies are often very strong and can be more penetrating than individual sessions. Each session is between 10-15 minutes. If you have ever been curious about Reiki, this is the perfect time to experience it.
Yoga on the lake
Join Lisa Hecke and Robin Afinowich as we reconnect with nature. This will be a leisurely day at Willow Spring Lake in the cool pines of Payson. A day to give your spirit the rejuvenation it deserves. This full day nature adventure will include yoga, kayaking, hiking, guided meditation and art.
No experience necessary.
