Reiki is an ancient form of energy work the light laying on of hands directs healing energy into the body of the reciever. Kids respond extremely well to Reiki treatments and can help in a variety of ways. This treatment is non manipulating and non-intrusive. Hypnotherapy also known as guided imagery is a wonderful tool for kids and teens to help with a variety of different concerns such as, social anxiety, test and school performance, sports performance, fears and phobias, grief, depression.
