Yoga Classes

I recognize that everyone’s Yoga journey is unique and sacred to their individual spirit; because of this, the method of Yoga that I teach honors, celebrates and embraces everybody. Together we create a safe nourishing space to open up and heal our bodies (physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually) achieving and revealing of our true self, our divine nature.

    Class Description

    Yoga Blend

This class will have a steady and gentle flow connecting breath to movement. A wider range of standing and seated poses, practiced in a fluid manner. This class is perfect for continuing students and is a great class for beginners who desire more movement in their yoga practice.

    Monthly LGBT class

This class meets once a month for the LGBT community and allies. Coming together in sacred space and developing a sense of community through yoga and meditation. This class is a gentle flow and sun salutations linked with breath to bring us all into a space of ONENESS. Open to beginners or advanced students.

Classes are designed to fulfill everyone’s needs, offering modifications for beginners to more seasoned students. Private classes are offered for anyone who is wishing for a more private setting. Semi-private sessions are also available.

    What You Will Need….

Comfortable clothes, yoga mat (we have a few for lend or for sale), a thick blanket (sarape) to prop yourself, hand towel, water bottle, no lotion on your skin, empty stomach, bare feet, and an open mind.
