Sunday, November 26th join me for a special gentle restorative class as we ground ourselves in gratitude and release away tension.

This workshop will include:

  • Gratitude meditation and intention.  Restorative Yoga Workshop
  •  Gentle Restorative yoga to help the mind and body relax, refresh, and rejuvenate.
  • Variety of Aromatherapy to use on tired muscles or guide you into deeper relaxation.
  •  Long liquid savasana to melt you down.
